2- Monsanto Forest Park

No time schedule and with an area of 900 hectares of green space. With a vast network of circuits and cycle paths to enjoy the maximum of nature.

3- Ribeirinha Zone

If you are a hiking or running person near the river, the 20km track from Cruz Quebrada to Parque das Nações is perfect for you. If you prefer cycling or walking in a more touristy area, there are several areas dedicated to bicycles and open-air gyms, among other locations, in the Monument to the Discoveries and the Museum of Electricity.

4 - Jardim Guerra Junqueiro (Estrela)

A closed park, reserved, with several green areas and lakes. The perfect place for hiking, slow runs or for family walks.

5- Bela Vista Park

Known for being the second largest green area of Lisbon, it offers vastly wooded and lawned areas with different routes for all tastes.
